I made a few of these as prototypes to try out some new circuit ideas.

Built on the new V2 pcb, choose either

• Germanium (1N34A)

• LED Clipping (white)

Using NOS 1N34A germanium diodes, are these the magical ones? You decide. Is this a mythical pedal? This version is a bit warmer and thicker, a little more gain, and a slightly lower overall output, but still plenty of volume on tap. I really like this one

LED Clipping variant is the loudest and the cleanest DRV I’ve made yet. Offering extremely high headroom, and very clear in complex chord situations, this one is really really good. Slightly less gain throughout the circuit, although still gets mean. Tons more volume / output overall. Ok, I really like this one too! (will have a sticker that says “WHITE LED”

These pedals (from this batch) will be hand assembled by Jack and I, in Nashville, TN.

Comes with a 1981 Inventions sticker and zip pouch.

Runs on 9v standard (boss style) power

Battery clip or power supply is not included. An isolated power supply is recommended.
