I really love this guitar and have enjoyed played it!
This is an actual Gibson. Talk about lawsuit era, am I right? lol. But all jokes aside, this is a really great guitar. It's also called a "U2" for added laughs. Sounds and plays awesome. The frets have plenty of life left. The neck is straight and the action is low. Recently set up.
It's kinda like, make your 80s metal dreams come true, but also quite a conversation piece, but also just an all around great and versatile guitar. It can do a lot of stuff. The pickups sound really nice. The bridge humbucker is clear and thick, but has a nice brightness to it. The single coils are awesome sounding too, and have nice jangle and overall sound. You could even play blues with this guitar. I think the headstock looks cool too.
The Floyd Rose not only makes dive bombs a breeze, but man, I don't think I've tuned this thing In a month and it's absolutely perfectly in tune right now.
This is a really fun guitar to play, and a quirky piece of history. Comes with a Levy's period correct strap. Can also include a Fender strap for laughs loI
I'm not gonna change these strings, but will include a fresh pack or two for ya!
